*Holiday Return Policy* 


Items shipped by Dermacol SF between November 22 through December 31 of this year, may be returned until January 31 of the following year for a refund or exchange, subject to our other return guidelines listed below.Our standard return policy will apply to all purchases back to normal beginning 01/01/19.



Return Policy (If Applicable):

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Dermacol purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
 
• Returns must be made within 30 days of your ordered date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded unless you received damaged merchandise.
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
 
Only items purchased on www.dermacolsf.com may be accepted for a return.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@dermacolsf.com (M-F 9AM-5PM PST)
     

Exchange Policy (If Applicable):

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below. 
 
• We accept exchanges on items purchased on www.dermacolsf.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase.  
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.  
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.  
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

Damaged Product Policy (If Applicable):

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days. We may also ask for proof such as images.

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order, your order has been marked as shipped.

You may cancel your autoship at any time without penalty with your account or through our customer service.Customers must contact us to request cancellation of their autoship at least 72 hours before the next autoship order is due to be shipped. Customers can also cancel the order by logging into their account within 24 hours.Payment will not be shared, nor will be accessed. It will remain confidential.
