They undergo strict clinical testing supervised by the National Institute of Public Health in Prague, complying with EU standards, and are not tested on animals since 2004. Absolutely NOT. Our products are 100% cruelty-free. In fact, no Dermacol product has ever been tested on animals.
All of Dermacol clinical tests are carefully monitored by the National Institute of Public Health in Prague, which follows the strict standards set by the European Union. Plus, we never test on animals, which has been banned in the EU since 2004. We're all about creating ethical and sustainable products that align with our values and beliefs.
Dermacol products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture, when sealed and unopened. Opened products should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, depending on usage, to ensure their effectiveness and prevent skin irritation or other adverse reactions.
To get the most out of your Dermacol products, we recommend ordering them when you need them to minimize time in storage. It's also important to store any unopened products in a cool, dry place until you're ready to use them.

Yes, we are happy to ship outside of the US! Orders to Canadian addresses are shipped from California via UPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $20 USD
Import duties and taxes
Customers outside of the U.S. will pay applicable import, duty, and Customs fees as determined by your local government. For some countries, these charges are collected at checkout. Please carefully read all messages at checkout to determine whether duties and taxes are pre-paid or due upon delivery.
Dermacol SF does not offer refunds on international orders refused due to unpaid import-related costs. As with all international shipments, Customs fees are determined by your local government. Any fees are due and collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Since Dermacol SF does not set these fees, we are unable to provide an estimated amount.
